Team & Intra Team Conflict

Whether your organization is a corporation, a non-profit, a board of directors, or a small team, and whether the conflict is within your team or involves other teams in or outside your organization I follow the same process.

I interview key participants in the conflict to find out what is happening. I then work directly with the leader or leaders to determine the next steps. My goal is to help people safely explore the perspectives and intentions of others before moving to solutions. This might involve facilitated conversations, group sessions, individual coaching, leadership surveys and other assessment instruments. I always work with groups and individuals over time to ensure the work sticks and create new wise actions.

On these projects I often work with highly skilled colleagues so my client’s team members have choices about who they want to be coached by.
