This table is an example of one of my many team projects. I track improvement in adherence to team agreements I help the teams develop. This survey used a 10-point scale over a 7 month period.
I get these results by helping people speak the unspoken because this always unleashes the power within.

During COVID-19 some silver linings peaked through the dark clouds. For us this came in the form of Helen. The mentoring and coaching support from Helen for myself really added to the overall effectiveness of her planning process.
